Dr. Han (Co-PI) has received a new grant from the Coastal Studies Institute's North Carolina Renewable Ocean Energy Program (NCROEP) for the project "Optimizing Marine Energy Utilization in Microgrids for Micro and Light-Duty Electric Mobility Charging". This project is a collaboration with Dr. Lingxiang (Albert) Yun (PI) and Dr. Tao Hong (Co-PI) from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
AMIL receives a National Science Foundation grant for 4D printing of smart composites.

Dr. Han (PI) has been awarded an NSF HBCU Excellence in Research (EiR) grant for the project "Excellence in Research: Direct Ink Writing of Continuous Fiber-reinforced Smart Composites: Adaptive Processing with Sustainable Design Integration" . This project is a collaboration with Dr. Guoying Dong (Co-PI) from the University of Colorado Denver.
Anika receives a National Science Foundation Travel Award for NAMRC 53/MSEC 2025.
